3 ideas for a wholesome breakfast
Another morning with no ideas for your first meal? Here are 3 ideas for a wholesome breakfast that will give you valuable nutrients and a solid portion of energy for the rest of the day!
Protein oatmeal with fruit and nut cream
The first idea for a wholesome breakfast is a quick and easy oatmeal that can be made in just a few minutes. The ingredients needed are:
- 30 g oatmeal (rolled or instant)
- 150 g of your favourite fruit (we recommend combining bananas with sweet and sour forest fruits, e.g. redcurrants or blackberries)
- approx. 50 g natural or vegan yoghurt
- 1 serving of Olimp Whey Protein Complex 100%
- handful of nuts, e.g. cashews
- Olimp 100% Peanut Butter Sauce
Prepare the oats with water or milk according to the instructions on the packet. When they swell, add yoghurt and protein supplements (e.g. Olimp Whey Protein Complex 100% or Olimp Veggie Protein Complex). Mix everything together, add fruit and nuts, then top with a bit of nut cream.
High-protein omelette with vegetables
