This "guilt-free" healthy snack by Olimp Sport Nutrition makes it easy to supplement your diet with protein, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. In this case, a blend of vegetable proteins from peas, brown rice and soya (soya protein isolate - soya crispies) was used. It is also a portion of carbohydrates with a low glycaemic index thanks to the addition of palatinose (isomaltulose).
