Finally! Bartosz Bednorz, a Polish professional athlete, has just joined the Olimp Team! This is the second big transfer of this talented volleyball player this year. Bednorz, after signing a contract with Zenit Kazan, became the new ambassador of the Olimp Sport Nutrition!
The 26-year-old Bartosz Bednorz in the Olimp Team, as in the Polish national team and Zenit Kazan, is the receiver. - We are glad that Bartosz has joined our team. He is an extremely versatile and talented volleyball player. We do admit that his presence will greatly strengthen the Olimp Team in the coming season. We hope that with the support of our dietary supplements, our new ambassador will prepare perfectly for the season in one of the strongest volleyball leagues in the world, and his performances will result in new selections and fantastic matches of the Polish national team - says Maciej Jaskot, Marketing and Communication Director at Olimp Labs , which owns the Olimp Sport Nutrition brand.
The new member of Olimp Team began his volleyball career as an attacker at the PZPS Sport School in Spała. In 2010-13, together with his team, he won the gold medal of the Polish Junior Championships twice and the silver medal of the Polish Cadet Championships. His good performances in junior competitions got him the MVP award in the above mentioned Polish Junior Championships, the title of the best attacker of this event and a transfer to AZS Częstochowa. After a year he joined the team from Olsztyn.
Despite his young age, he has already won the Italian Supercup (2018) with the Modena Volley team. Earlier, Bednorz had won this trophy in Poland with the Skra Bełchatów team (2017). In 2018, with the same team he won the Polish Championship and was the runner up in 2017.
He debuted in the Polish national team in 2015. He was selected by Stephane Antiga, the current coach of the female volleyball team Developres Rzeszów, which has been supported by the Olimp Sport Nutrition brand on the way to the highest goals. Last year, Bednorz with the Polish national team got the bronze medal of the League of Nations, becoming the best receiver of the Final Six of this event.
