HI-PROTEIN OATMEAL – a high-protein meal containing all the essential amino acids, and additional magnesium, which support the proper synthesis of proteins and the correct functioning of the muscles.

Ingredients: 47% whey protein concentrate (from milk), 44% oat flakes, flavourings (for all flavours, except for neutral flavour), freeze-dried raspberry (for Forest Fruit flavour psyllium seed husk powder (Plantago ovata), corn fibre, medium-chain triglycerides oil (MCT oil), anti-caking agent – silicon dioxide; salt, acidity regulator – sodium citrates; 0,13% magnesium oxide, emulsifier – lecithins (from soy); sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose. The product may contain mustard and sesame seeds.

Preparation instructions: 1 portion (70 g = 1¾ scoops) pour with boiled water1, cooled to the temperature of < 70°C. Depending on the expected consistency use 150 to 170 ml of water. Mix thoroughly and leave for 3 minutes. After that time, the product is ready for consumption.
Suggested time of consumption: after meals or as an additional sweet meal.
